Your Domain name:
If you have a domain name, we give you the information you need to switch it to the servers we use.
If you don’t have a domain name, purchase one that includes your main keyword phrase (e.g. RealEstateinNaplesFL.com).
Make decisions:
- Pick a custom Web site package.
- Decide how to handle your listings.
- Choose addons from our offerings if they are not included in your package.
- Determine best IDX solution for you.
- Do you want to update the site yourself or do you want us to take care of maintenance for you?
- Will you want our search engine optimization and positioning?
- Decide what the subject will be for each of the pages at your site. Generally speaking, one subject per page is what to strive for.
When we start working on your site, we bill you 1/2 of the package you have chosen. We also bill you for the first 3 months storage since we must have a place to put your site.
The first step is to provide for your approval, one graphical mockup of the opening page of your web site. One mockup is included in the custom packages pricing. You can, of course, request minor changes. If you want additional mockups, additional charges apply.

Send us your digitized photos and text by email.
When we get the go-ahead from you, we put your site into our construction queue and start building it. Any changes to the look, feel, and content after we have started site construction are billable at our normal maintenance rates.
When the site goes live, we bill you the remaining 1/2 of the package cost plus any extras you have added.
