If you carry enough listings for a property database or want to update properties yourself, this is an excellent and very affordable solution. You can add/delete and update the properties yourself using your browser through an admin screen. No extra software is required. Setup charges do not include adding properties. You do that yourself.
Our Standard Properties Database (with RSS Feed)

Adding an RSS Feed (which pushes changes to your properties to subscribers via the feed) is an inexpensive way to disseminate property information. Sellers will love it!
Completely Custom Database

If the layout of our standard databases doesn’t suit you or you have special needs, we can most likely do just about anything you want. We need your exact specifications in order to quote a price for you.
Please note: if we create a custom database for you, you do own the program code and can move it and operate it on any server of your choice.
Changes to our Standard Databases
$100/Hr
If you need minor changes to the layout of any of our database products, those changes are billed at $100/hour. We need your exact specifications in order to quote a price for you.
Please note: Making program code changes to our standard database product does not convey ownership rights for the program code to you. The fees you pay are for installation, setup and configuration on the Sizzling Studios server, not for ownership of the program code.
